Given the predictions of a “catastrophic ice storm” (in the words of some meteorologists) this weekend, KBA Leadership has made the decision to cancel our in-person Shabbat service on Saturday, January 24, and meet via Zoom instead. The one-time Zoom link follows below. This link is different from the link that is typically used for KBA services, so please keep it handy so you can join us on Saturday at 11:00.
At present, the nasty weather is expected to arrive late Saturday afternoon/early evening. For those in the path of this storm, please use wisdom and prepare for the possibility of severe icing and potential widespread power outages. Of course, it is possible the forecasters may be over-predicting (let’s hope so), but it’s always better to be prepared for nothing than to be caught by surprise.
